Flooring materials sold through our website are available exclusively as part of our professional installation service. The final installation price may vary depending on the condition of the subfloor, the complexity of the space, and other site-specific factors. A site visit may be required to provide an accurate final quote.

Estimates generated through our online calculator are approximate and provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a binding quote or contract. A formal quote will be provided following an on-site evaluation.
7. Artificial Intelligence Visualizer
The AI Visualizer is provided for informational and planning purposes only. Results are computer-generated simulations using Replicate and may not accurately reflect the final appearance of the installed flooring. Actual results may vary depending on lighting, room conditions, and material specifications.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be canceled or modified before installation begins. Eligibility for refunds depends on the status of the order and whether materials have already been processed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
